Actually, sometimes it feels like I am literally get paid for someone else mistakes. How is it software "engineers" still cannot write even the most basic code correctly?!

If you can find some tribal land and a tribe then have at it or alternatively a large river or ocean there might be an argument for one. I am not personally aware of either.

I know I'll catch flack for not knowing this, but the Mex WinDbg extension is so cool!
During dynamic analysis I needed to grab the exact version of a module from a target but didn't want to resume execution to fetch it since hitting the breakpoint was tricky. !writemodule FTW!

@PetrBenes Another sneaky thing about FILE_OBJECT::Filename is that it's only valid during pre-create. After the file object is initialized by the FS, that pointer can be used for whatever the filesystem wants.

Turns out that the FILE_OBJECT::FileName lives in paged pool... which means there's a chance that your beloved !vad command will not show the image path. 🤦♂️
