Xhaka was curious to know about Vincent Kompany, and asked Tah about the coach - the German defender had only praise for the Belgian, saying that Kompany was a top coach. Wirtz would never try this at Liverpool. He‘d pass it backwards to avoid negative reactions in case he skied it. He’s a player who needs confidence. Slot doesn’t give him that feeling. "Bundesliga tax" has got nothing to do with this, Wirtz would do well under Arteta for example.
