🟡ES Breakeven short Not frustrated with this one, however it did technically break my checklist rules. Decided a big part of my trading going forward will be sticking to my checklist & keeping my environment consistent. Experimentation will be done on paper & backtest.

No trade today. One of the weirdest PA reads I've had in a while – no clean bias, no idea where price was going next. Closed the charts and stepped away relatively fast. Phases like this get to me. The fear of missing something others see, of not knowing something others know gets louder and starts making me question everything, and I hate that feeling. Might just need the weekend to clear my head.

I don’t care about achieving a $50k month where I broke my rules I’d rather have a $5k month where I followed them Until you reach this level of thinking, it’ll be hard for you to be profitable

I still feel the urge to break my rules sometimes. The difference now is… I don’t act on it anymore. That’s what real discipline is.

An edge is built through trust. Trust comes from data collected over time. Some weeks will be tough, but that doesn’t mean we abandon our rules. Build enough data until you can truly trust your edge.
