After 10 years of dealing with it, we finally caught my SVT.
My latest episode during WrestleMania pushed my resting heart rate to 228 for almost 15 minutes. Yesterday, Dr. Girgis spent 3 hours working on me… and I had to be awake for the last hour of the procedure!! 😖
Thankfully it was minimally invasive and I’ll be back to work very soon.
The modification I came up with for "fold forward" while in the chair that doesn't put a whole lotta strain on the side of my back that's giving me issues right now. It still gives me a challenge but doesn't hurt me. #adapt#alwaysready#imnotfinished@DDPYoga@RealDDP
Tentative date set for my knee replacement surgery is July 13th. Pre-op appointment is June 16th which gives me little time to get this BMI down to qualify. DDPYoga on repeat is the order of the day. Chair Force 4 is my workout today. Let's do this!!! #alwaysready@DDPYoga
Non Scale Victory: Everyone knows I love my T-shirts (I have a closet full of them) Well I went to pick out the T-shirt of the day and ran into this xl. I told myself it's not gonna fit, it'll be too tight. I tried it on and it fits perfectly. Big win for me! StandStrong 2 wrkout
