I've not only terminated the contract of the person in question, they've been blacklisted hard in the industry. They're going to be lucky to get a job taking passport photos going forward, let alone anything even remotely involved in the creative arts.

Whoever told the newest singer in my company this is fired the moment I learn who they are. And given our restricted schedules, that won't take long. I have zero tolerance for remarks like this about appearance, especially when my wife is used as the example.

The more I see the current state of the industry, the less I miss it. Listening to @FerociousFarrah about retiring while I could use my hand was the smartest thing I’ve done in two decades. It’s just a shame I couldn’t make smarter decisions when they really mattered.
