We play board/card games with our daughter and I'm after recommendations. We like Catan, carcassone, ticket to ride and sleeping queens. Any recommendations? Amazon links appreciated (She's 7)

‘And so I try to be kind to everything I see, and in everything I see, I see him.' It was amazing. #ALittleLifePlay

@mrs_denglish I’ve used Leonard Cohen’s Like a bird on the wire before. It worked really well.

So all themes are potential ones that could come up. .PDF and .DOC are available so they can be edited, but obv are very specific to AQA English Language. laurawebbcpd.com/resources/

For this next exam series for @Team_English1 I've created a series of mini mini (!) mocks (A5 size!) for a range of skills which I plan to target with my students. These include FIFTEEN P2Q4, P1Q2 linked to a P1Q5, and a P2Q2 linked to a P2Q5. To download for free, visit (1/4)

So in my musical theatre week I'm interested to know - what is the best musical you think you've ever seen? 🎭

@teachals Yes, we’re part of the programme. We set our own for CAGs and TAGs, but we don’t currently. It’s really easy to though once you get the hang of it and their customer support is excellent.

@JML2203 Ooh fantastic, thanks! Is that for the Improving Secondary Writing programme? Do you set your own assessments on there, too?

I've spent most of today using 'No More Marking' for the first time whilst assessing a professional qualification. What a brilliant thing it is! I'd be really interested to hear experiences of its use in the secondary sector?
