@santanderukhelp NO ONE bothered to even try & sort this today when we emailed / called. Apparently it’s with the BDM manager. No one had the decency to call us & try & sort this for the last 3 days. Client has all their personal / business banking, mortgages with Santander. Not happy clients

Shocking @santanderuk @santanderukhelp for intermediaries. Our client has had to complete with cash because of your service standards on an existing customer who wanted to port their rate. Over 2 months and no offer! #shocking #complaint #notahappyclient

@santanderukhelp Case was transmitted 2/10!! So client has now today completed with cash and will seek compensation as you will now charge an ERC when he redeems his existing mortgage on the property he is selling

@santanderukhelp Been to specialist mortgage services 3 times now. They are porting their existing mortgage to the new property. NOT increasing portfolio. But they say lending over £1m. It isn’t !

@santanderukhelp Because they hadn’t had a survey. She then told us - oh yes that’s the case. So why tell us to do it!! 😡

@santanderukhelp Due to ‘technical’ issues it got ‘stuck’ in the processing queue. Client had to exchange in 28days as the 90yr old lady they are buying off was buying a new build. BDM said to send in solicitors letter to say it’s exchanged. We did. To then be told they wouldn’t take any notice

@BarclaysUK we need some help. NO BDM as off sick. Client needed to exchange last week. Raised as escalation, wasn’t done properly. Over a week later and getting no where. Solicitor called last week. Told be done Thursday. Now you’re saying the solicitor needs to write in.
