Lovely to get a thank you letter today Emma took part in a pro calcitonin pilot study during her treatment. Fantastic that Paeds oncologists have found it as useful for managing antibiotics as we do in Adult ICU. @drbobphillips #childhoodcancer

@flamingolanduk first visit today. Such a shame there is so much smoking and vaping in the park which is full of families with young kids. Really unusual to allow it. What's the logic?

@bbclaurak Wear a mask as a courtesy to others. It's not difficult (for most) it's no bother and it has been proven to help reduce spread indoors. Please, continue to wear a mask for the sake of those around us.

@geoff_shenton This is good news - I'm sure GPs will welcome the guidance. We were very lucky, our GP spotted the signs and acted fast but I know this wasn't the case for all families.
