If everyone working with children and adults with additional needs read and truly embraced this advice, it would profoundly enhance the lives of these communities.

“Children with "limited" SEND needs will be able to move to a mainstream school to help address a lack of specialist places in Worcestershire.” Good luck with that—parents give up your child’s SS for mainstream so they can fail again. “Limited” SEND??! bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

The family of nursing is as diverse in its application as it is equal in its aim. Learning Disability Nursing as a dedicated field of practice speaks powerfully to the art of personalisation and rights. As a career choice...its second to none! Go on... #ChooseLDNursing

Today is the celebration of Diwali 2024. Diwali (also known as Divali or Deepavali) is a “festival of lights” which marks new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil, and light over darkness. Happy Diwali to all those celebrating across Worcestershire!

SEND Warrior Mum making a difference!
We don’t home educate electively. We do it as a desperate measure to support our children, when everything else has failed and we’ve ran out of options. It’s usually a last resort, to preserve what’s left of their #MentalHealth ( well it was for us!)
Special Needs Jungle@SpcialNdsJungle

Home Education: who’s going to tell the Minister that a large proportion of children with SEND “electively” home educated are nothing of the sort, but are at home as there is no place available to meet their needs, or they’re too traumatised to attend? #gHL947.r0" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">theyworkforyou.com/wrans/?id=2024…
