Just one of many ways Greater Latrobe is #futurefocused. Students in Aerospace Engineering getting flight time in a Cessna at @PalmerAirport & not just learning about it in a classroom. Each student had a turn as the co-pilot & working the controls alongside a flight instructor.

Punishments don't intrinsically motivate children to change behavior. Instead, they intimidate children into compliance. Do we want children to behave because they're scared of punishment & want to please us, or do we want them to behave because they've learned a better way?

The Hill Impact Program, a 14-week program run at the PSP Southwest Training Center in Greensburg. The program is free of charge and is for teens between the ages of 15-18, who are considering a career in law enforcement.
