@TimHannan It’s not a republican and democrat issue. It’s rule of law and not. The law was put into place for arbitrary reasons of the time and this has been overturned as unlawful racial bias. Now the seats will be filled with people that reflect what the population wants and not color.

The Supreme Court is not even pretending to be impartial anymore. Republicans can redistrict but Democrats can’t.

@TheOmniLiberal If a district was unlawfully made by filling of seats by a certain skin color, then perhaps it isn’t surprising at all when the removal of said law results in the filling of those seats by people the population truly sees as their representative.

Yesterday I asked for the strongest arguments in favor of the claim "there is no God." A lot of responses had to do with suffering. Atheists, help me understand why suffering is an argument against God. One thing I don't understand in particular is this: if there is no God, just a materialist universe, then how do you contextualize suffering? What is it? Is it still bad? Please help me understand this.
