POBJFK Senior Sunrise! Our Class of 2023 has gathered together for their (next to) last day of high school. They’re even treating all seniors to breakfast afterward. What a great way to end their high school years!

The fact that I was standing there, representing @charleslavineny as a member of the @pobschools Board of Education presenting @JMurrayPOB a citation at his retirement is a testament to the success of his tenure as principal. Thank you Mr. Murray on behalf of all your graduates!

Our last Friday Morning Music, featuring the incredible Lindsay Hamburger. I’m so proud of this tradition for welcoming students and staff to school.

Our Ceramics & Sculpture classes remember Memorial Day and filled our traffic circle with their beautiful hand crafted poppies.

This evening marks the start of #Ramadan. Ramadan Mubarak to all those who celebrate! NYSUT educators should take care of practicing students. Between fasting and evening and early morning prayers, students may need additional support during this time.
