I decided to give Instagram a shot a little over a week ago, posting both new and older clips as Reels.
So far: 135,000 views across 20 posts. 👀
I’m even seeing a small boost in Twitch followers while I’m offline, which is nice. Glad I finally got around to trying it out!

@baffo663 Ads have always confused me, I only run 30s per hour and inevitably what I believe to happen is people can come into the stream but a short minute after will be hit with that 30s ad?
I haven't had anyone complain they've been hit with tonnes of ads or anything, hmm. 🤷

Calling all Twitch affiliates:
Set your ads to 3 mins per hour. That's the minimum amount of ads you can run that disables pre-rolls entirely.
Pre-roll ads are a HUGE turn off on any stream.

Twitch is basically unwatchable these days without subscribing to twitch turbo. Every stream I open I'm hit with 2+ minutes of ads. Sometimes, when I finish those ads, I'm instantly hit with even more and can't watch the stream before having to watch 5+ mins of ads.

Oh shit, this account showed up in mine yesterday and wrote something like "Hey JNEGaming your stream showed up on my feed!" as per usual I welcomed them in with open arms but then wondered why there was no second message after, makes sense now.

There's a partnered Twitch account named Mauri who has been showing up in many mutual streams, first time chat is something like "cool stream" followed by an emote, and then leaves. His channel is nothing but reruns of those AI reddit stories. I'm so confused? What is this?

Sunday night I decided I'd had enough with alcohol and called it quits, I'm 114 hours sober since then, early days but I'm managing well!! I know my brains chemistry is messed up through high anxiety/panic so it's time to heal, a big new journey for me, I'm excited! IWNDWYT. 💙
