@mobilevikingsBE quick question, why when using the Viking deals hotels in Agoda are more expensive and then when browsing in another browser the same room for the same date, the same webpage is cheaper? Are you scamming us, consumers? Should we tell the authorities?

Friday afternoon comment: Reading the draft Guidelines on art 102 one could be mislead to think that the new "Holy Grail" of case law on exclusionary abuses is the judgement under "Servizio Elettrico Nazionale". It might be worth another Friday read ;). #Competitionlaw

For watchers of @Google and dominance abuse in general. EU court advisor says Google's refusal to allow an EV-charging app into Android Auto could break the law. But you can't look at the platform in the same way as you would heavy-duty infrastructure. Like a port. /1

Local competition strategy: Charging us more than average you mean? It does not hold up.
