-The NDA allowed Holly to further slander our players. -The NDA also had a penalty of $5000, which is so soft I have no words… +But, at least Holly was fired quickly. I’ve seen enough. Profound incompetence is on par with deliberate malice. JOC has got to go. #JOCOUT

So just to hit some cliff notes: -Holly was doing this for YEARS to Simon -The FO poorly vetted the hire. -The players weren’t sure who to report harassment to. -JOC insisted on transparency on everything, to the detriment of the players. -The NDA was way too weak.
