CARD NUMBER NINE The Tibetan master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche said about meditation: “The attitude one brings to the practice of meditation should be very simple, free from any attempt to accumulate pleasure or to avoid pain. Rather, meditation is a natural process that works directly with the raw material of pain and pleasure itself. One does not try to use meditation techniques — prayer, mantra, visualization, rituals, breathing techniques — to create pleasure or to confirm one’s existence. One does not try to separate oneself from the technique, but to become the technique, so that a sense of non-duality is established.” The purpose of meditation is to bring to light the awareness that already exists behind every thought, action, and activity. In reality, the ultimate aim of meditation is to become the awareness that lies behind the individual. In this sense, by analogy, the ultimate goal of meditation is precisely to become the meditation technique itself. To the historical Buddha, Sakyamuni, is attributed the following quote: “Whoever sees me sees the Dharma, whoever sees the Dharma sees me.” The Buddha had become one with meditation, one with spontaneous and uncreated awareness. The Buddha, in a certain sense, had become meditation itself — the teachings. One certainly cannot think of meditating for a few hours a day — which is certainly useful — and then being distracted the rest of the time! Nor can one think, during the time dedicated “only” to meditation, of meditating in order to obtain a goal, a vision, or even enlightenment. One must meditate only for the sake of meditating: the secret is that the means is the end and the end is the means, and the result is reached only when the two perfectly coincide. One of Ramana Maharshi’s most important disciples, Annamalai Swami, states in the book Final Talks: “Constant meditation is the only way. If you bring light into your room, the darkness disappears immediately. You must make sure the light does not go out. It must burn continuously, so that there is no more darkness.” Therefore, as already mentioned in card number six, throughout the entire day our attention should always oscillate like a pendulum between two poles: “the feeling of the body from within as a single field of energy” and “the source of I-thought.” In this way, the conceptual mind will not have the power to carry us outward, toward the past and the future, and we will be able to remain constantly in the present.

CARD NUMBER EIGHT Card number eight is primarily inspired by the Indian sage Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj, who meditated uninterruptedly for years in samadhi until he attained complete union with God. Shivabalayogi placed special emphasis on the practice of meditation, considering it far more important than philosophical speculation. The meditation technique he taught, as expressed in his own words, was as follows: Sit, closing your eyes. Concentrate the mind and sight in between eyebrows. Do not move your eyeballs or eyelids. Keep watching there by focusing the attention. Do not repeat any mantra or name. Do not imagine anything. Do not open your eyes until the duration of meditation is over. His main disciple, Shivarudra Balayogi, comments on this technique as follows: “It is only a process of purification that occurs when you try to meditate. The mind is like a magnetic tape that has acquired habits, and the brain acts like a recorder. When you sit to meditate, the mind is drawn to the brain because of its habits. The purification process begins when the vasanas (impressions) start to evaporate. Visions and sounds are created through the brain’s decoding method. At that moment, enormous patience is required to allow all this to happen. You should not analyze or judge what is happening, whether it is good or bad: simply let it happen. Only in this way can the mind withdraw.” This meditation technique strongly resembles one of the basic practices of Thögal, which, together with Trekchö, constitutes the very essence of Dzogchen. Very briefly, in Dzogchen it is said that the self-realized state is already spontaneously present in the here and now. The practices that allow one to remain in the state of presence, both in meditation and in daily life, following a progression toward complete “natural” buddhahood (that is, spontaneous, according to the natural rhythm of one’s own life), are called Trekchö; while those that allow faster progress are called Thögal. In chapter 6 of the book “Mind Beyond Death” by Ponlop Rinpoche, it is said that “there is a method of Thögal that can be practiced easily,” consisting of “simply looking into the darkness with a relaxed mind.” After this brief digression — useful for understanding how Buddhist and Hindu doctrines are essentially the same and lead to the same goal, simply called by different names (Nirvana or Brahman respectively) — it is helpful to explain why, in card number eight, in addition to Shivabalayogi’s instructions, the last three verses were added. These instruct, after practicing the concentration of the gaze between the eyebrows for some time and once the flow of thoughts has calmed down, to shift the attention onto the meditator himself. The motivation for this addition is found precisely in Shivabalayogi’s own words: “The Divine Guru asked me to keep looking between the eyebrows, so I simply continued looking. I saw all things happening: and then all the happenings stopped. Suddenly I realized that my attention was on ‘That’ which was making them happen. Then the attention settled on ‘That’ which was looking. There was Supreme Unlimited Peace. There was wonderful happiness. It was so ‘delicious’ that one would never want to move away from it.”

CARD NUMBER SEVEN This card naturally aims to describe the technique of Self-Inquiry taught by Ramana Maharshi. The phrase in question comes from verse 28 of the composition Forty Verses on Reality, with a small addition of my own: feeling the whole body from within as a single field of energy, while directing the attention ever deeper toward the source of the “I”-thought. This addition of mine was probably unnecessary, since the one who first uttered this teaching was the great Indian sage Ramana himself. Nevertheless, I chose to include it for consistency with the rest of the tarot deck, particularly with card number eleven. In a sense, the feeling of the whole body from within and the focusing of attention on the “I”-thought (as described in card number six) are the same technique, expressed with slightly different nuances. Both lead the aspirant toward samadhi—that is, the union of the meditator with the inner sense of the “I.” However, concentrating on the “I”-thought has more to do with the mind than with the body (mind and body, according to both Tolle and Ramana, are essentially the same thing, or rather two different ways of approaching the same “problem”). For some people, though, this path may prove more effective. When seeking to go ever deeper toward the “I”-thought, it should be done with extreme delicacy—firmly, yet lightly and gradually. Our attention must become subtler than the subtlest atom in order to pursue the “I”-thought ever more deeply. The more the power of attention on the source of the “I”-thought increases, the more the thought itself contracts. The “I”-thought is, in fact, nothing but a reflected ray of consciousness; unlike other thoughts—which are devoid of consciousness—it is always directly connected to its source: pure Consciousness. Therefore, when attention plunges ever deeper along this reflected ray of the “I”-thought, the length of the reflection—that is, the “I”-thought itself—gradually diminishes until it disappears completely. In conclusion, for those who wish to explore the subject further, one of the best commentaries on the technique of Self-Inquiry, and on this card in particular, is the book The Path of Sri Ramana – Part One by the jñāni Sri Sadhu Om.

The teachings of the "Family of Taygeta," channeled by @Kabamur_Taygeta , show numerous parallels with the teachings contained in Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda. In particular, in the chapter “The Resurrection of Sri Yukteswar,” Yogananda’s guru Sri Yukteswar Giri resurrects and appears to his disciple. He explains that the most spiritually advanced souls — those who have attained the state of sahaja samadhi (or nirvikalpa samadhi) — can be reborn in the astral universe in a body essentially made of light. This realm is called Hiranyaloka (or “Illumined Astral Planet”) in the book. There, the soul continues its spiritual evolution until it enters the causal world (a parallel to the Archangels in Family of Taygeta teachings), where, through ever-deeper states of ecstasy and divine absorption, it ultimately reunites with God. It becomes a fully liberated master, free from karma, completely at the service of the Divine Will of the Universe. Sri Yukteswar states that Jesus Christ is one of these liberated masters, as are himself and many other known and unknown souls. The inhabitants of Hiranyaloka travel through masses of light across the universe and can choose whether or not to reincarnate on Earth, depending on their karma and free will. Finally, in a brief passage, he also speaks of the fallen angels, who are confined to specific zones of the universe and cannot travel freely. Parallel to the Andromedan Elohim of Family of Taygeta: This description of Hiranyaloka as a high astral realm for advanced light beings aligns particularly well with the Andromedan Elohim teachings in the Family of Taygeta material. According to those channeled messages, Andromedans (from the galaxy/constellation called Meshalea) are among the ancient Elohim races — souls originally created in the 12th Dimension who manifest in high-vibrational forms. Many starseed souls connected to Andromeda are described as highly evolved light beings working across dimensions, much like the residents of Hiranyaloka who assist others in clearing karma and progressing toward full liberation. The idea that Yogananda’s soul has an Andromedan origin (as sometimes referenced or intuited in certain starseed contexts) further strengthens this resonance, framing his path and that of Sri Yukteswar as consistent with Elohim/Andromedan lineages serving planetary evolution. The causal world in Yogananda’s account — a realm of pure thought and ideation beyond the astral light bodies — corresponds beautifully to the Archangels and even higher Elohim expressions in Taygeta teachings. These are beings of immense light and consciousness who operate from the subtlest levels, guiding creation and assisting souls in their return to Source. These parallels are striking and point to the same underlying multi-dimensional cosmology: a graduated journey from dense physical matter → astral/light bodies → causal/thought realms → ultimate union with the Divine. Different traditions simply use different names and cultural lenses for the same eternal truths.

Card number six is inspired by the synchronization of mind and body. Throughout the entire day, our attention should oscillate like a pendulum between two poles: “the feeling of the body from within as a single field of energy” and “the I-thought”. The feeling of the body from within has more to do with the body and with relaxation, while attention on the I-thought has more to do with the mind and with the development of concentration. Our attention, remaining anchored to the inner feeling of the body and to the I-thought, transforms these two into itself, that is, into pure attention. The purpose of these two meditations, which in reality are the same one, is to dissolve the I-thought, to dissolve the feeling of the inner body, to dissolve every apparent duality, so that in the end no duality remains between the observer and the observed, between the subject and the object. In order for this to happen, in order to reach this seemingly mythical state of samadhi, one must go ever deeper into the feeling of the body from within / deeper into the I-thought. As Eckhart Tolle says in one of his beautiful dialogues: “When you can feel the inner body clearly as a single field of energy, let go, if possible, of any visual image and focus exclusively on the feeling. If you can, also drop any mental image you may still have of the physical body. All that is left then is an all-encompassing sense of presence or "beingness," and the inner body is felt to be without a boundary. Then take your attention even more deeply into that feeling. Become one with it. Merge with the energy field, so that there is no longer a perceived duality of the observer and the observed, of you and your body. The distinction between inner and outer also dissolves now, so there is no inner body anymore. By going deeply into the body, you have transcended the body.”

The fifth card in the deck is also naturally inspired by the meditation technique called Self-Enquiry, taught by Ramana Maharshi and considered by him and other masters as the direct path to enlightenment. All other 'techniques' of meditation are of a 'lower level' if the goal is enlightenment. With the Self-Enquiry technique, however, one goes straight to the point: enlightenment, that is, the end of suffering. If supernatural powers, the so-called 'siddhis,' should arise during the meditative practice, the 'siddhis' must always be considered as impediments. In the card, the Self-Enquiry technique is described as faithfully as possible, just as it is described in Ramana's most famous work 'Who Am I?'. The purpose of the technique is to become one with the 'I' thought (the inner feeling of 'I'), to go ever deeper within oneself. Even during the day, one should try to keep the mind, for as long as possible, concentrated on the origin of the 'I' thought. Naturally, during the practice, a thousand other thoughts might arise, especially if we live in the current modern materialistic society. According to the sage, one should not give space to these thoughts, but should always bring the mind back to the source of the 'I' thought. One of the means to do this is to search for the thinker, through the question 'To whom do these thoughts arise?', thus the attention returns once again to the subject, to the one who is meditating, the thinker, the meditator - in short, the attention returns to the 'I' thought/to the source of the 'I' thought. For reference, I naturally suggest reading the work 'Who Am I?' by Ramana Maharshi, as well as any other of his works!"

The fourth card in the series is not a masterpiece from an aesthetic point of view, but it is dense with meaning. When meditating following "a concentration method," one can take a myriad of different objects as focus; for example, one can concentrate on a chakra, on a light, on an image of a saint, etc. According to Ramana Maharshi and many other masters, the direct path to arriving at the discovery of one's own nature is meditation on the internal sensation of the "I" or on the "I" thought. All other meditation methods, even the famous Tibetan tummo or yogic kundalini, are indirect methods and therefore, in a certain sense, inferior. Personally, I have discovered that when meditating on the "I" thought, it is good at the same time, or at least initially, to be present within the space of the entire body. This is a delicate point to address, but personally I am convinced that to carry out a good self-inquiry, it is necessary first of all to be able to perceive the entire body from within as a single sensation.

WHO ARE KAB AND JUDITH? Michael Cox, or "Kab" as he is widely known, has been sharing messages and disclosure from Pleiadians on social media since 2014. His mother, Judith Lynn, is not a channeler but a Pleiadian contactee and gifted clairvoyant who receives messages telepathically from Pleiadian soul family, as well as from face-to-face meetings with Pleiadians. Both raised in traditional Christianity, they have experienced what's it's like to be controlled by religious doctrine as well at what it means to be free of it. These life experiences were necessary to reach as many people as possible with the Pleiadian message. What is their connection to Pleiadians? Judith is the soul incarnation of Aya, mate of Elder IKAl Chief Commander of Galactic Federation, and Michael is the soul incarnation of KABAMUR, one of the four sons of Elder IKAI. Their primary contacts are KABAMUR's brothers: NEIOH, LAKA and AKATU. Kab and Judith's information and teachings are shared worldwide every day and their Pleiadian disclosure is continually verified by ongoing world events. The purpose of this sharing is to help people prepare themselves mentally and spiritually for world changes leading to the Shift. This information aligns with ancient teachings, from Thoth, to Jesus, to indigenous tribal prophesies, as they all originate from the same source, Galactic Federation. Pleiadians are the biblical 'angels of light', and 'the Shift' is the biblical rapture, also known as 'ascension! Above all, the Pleiadian message is of hope and self-empowerment, that there are no saviors and each of us must embrace moral responsibility to save ourselves. The soul is eternal, we are always safe, and there's nothing to fear. The best is yet to come. @Kabamur_Taygeta @FamilyofTaygeta

In this scene, contained in the book Family of Taygeta, inspired by the teachings of @Kabamur_Taygeta in the form of a fictional story created by me. I have tried to visually depict one of the scenes from the book. Kabamur and Aya have finally managed to find the Lemurian crystal that contains a sadhana—or meditative text—which, if practiced, will accelerate the transition toward Sheen, the new 5D Earth. However, it seems there are visitors: Oppisheklio and Pidkozox have taken possession of two bodies and are preparing for battle! Eckhart Tolle is a spiritual teacher I admire enormously. He is one of the few masters of whom one can be certain that he is an enlightened master and, at the same time, has had both the desire and the opportunity to personally write his own texts. His main teaching, contained in the book The Power of Now—a book that I personally have read over and over again—is based on accepting life as it comes, on the ability to fully savor the present moment, on ceasing to identify with the voice inside one’s head, and on the capacity to keep one’s attention within one’s own body. In particular, according to the spiritual teacher, the ability to hold one’s attention inside the body—perceiving the whole body from within as a single, unified sensation—is one of the doors to enter the dimension that Tolle calls 'the Unmanifested'. Before one can fully merge one’s consciousness with the sensation of the inner body, one must first succeed in making contact with what he calls the 'inner body'. This card, the third in the series, is inspired precisely by the master’s teachings on the possibility of connecting to the inner body.

The story revolving around Jacob—which can be found at this link: familyoftaygeta.com/scripture-deco…—is one of the stories that has personally touched me the most. The great leader of the Galactic Forces, Elder Ikai, chooses to incarnate as a human and experiences the same feelings that are common to all of us ordinary mortals right now. He does not live the life of a saint from the beginning; instead, he makes mistakes, sins, and then learns to transcend everything into spirit, thanks to the encounter with his beloved counterpart, Aya. I too have not lived a 'saintly' life and was blinded by greed, competition, and envy—feelings that, after a period of purifying suffering, have almost completely extinguished. What have I learned from this journey? That all of us can make mistakes, and the most important thing we can do is learn to forgive ourselves and others. Below is a video that illustrates one aspect of the story: Jacob's struggle with the angel, that is, Elder Ikai his Higher Self.

This card, the second one, instead, is naturally inspired by the great sage Ramana Maharshi. Among his poetic works, one in particular struck me for its simplicity, beauty, completeness, and depth. It is the verse composition 'Reality in Forty Verses' (also known as 'Ulladu Narpadu'), which I strongly recommend everyone read. In this work, as in others, he addresses the meditation technique that was later called 'Self-Inquiry' (or 'Atma Vichara'). As is repeated many times, the technique does not consist in the mechanical repetition of the question 'Who am I?', but rather in the search for the source of the inner sensation of the 'I'.

Besides the book Family of Taygeta, a fiction based on the teachings from the Family of Taygeta website, and with @Kabamur_Taygeta as the protagonist, I would like to present to you a series of Tarot cards, consisting of 34 cards, which are mainly based on the teachings of Ramana Maharshi and Eckart Tolle. I too, like many others, had been almost completely absorbed by duality, developing greed and attachment, before meeting some wonderful souls who allowed me to open my eyes again and 'rediscover' love! I suffered tremendously to eliminate bad habits of both body and mind, and the spiritual teachings of Ramana Maharshi and Eckhart Tolle helped me enormously. This is why I have dedicated this Tarot series to them! Let's start with the zero one: 'Master Card'
