27 years ago today, Arsène Wenger iconically offered a replay to Sheffield United after Arsenal controversially knocked them out of the FA Cup. Sheffield United had kicked the ball out so that one of their players could receive treatment. However, when Arsenal took the throw in to give the ball back to Sheffield United, Nwankwo Kanu misunderstood the situation and intercepted the ball before setting up Arsenal‘s winning goal.
