@marksandspencer can I have clarity on returns please. Bought trousers 4 months ago. Wanted to use a gift card but couldn’t due to cyber issues. So I bought them. Did not use Sparks and lost receipt - helpfully. Tried 4 times over a period of time to return and couldn’t. PM

@marksandspencer In Bluewater no gift cards can be used - which many got over Easter. Forced to buy some work trousers I needed where I’d want to buy with giftcards. Went back today - 3 days later - and still can’t! Come on!! Where shall I send the bill for my time / petrol?

@marksandspencer Then pass on to Bluewater as that 100% is not the case. Walked in at least 4 times and not told. Woman on till shrugged. A lot of people will have gift cards to use - me as well. This was one day off and now will be hassle to return and then re-buy.
