While Lupin is still relatively well-known in the West, IMFDB has not created pages for other classic anime from the 1960s and 1970s.

I think most animation works are aimed at adults. We should create more pages for animation works that aren't aimed at adults.
After all, Double Derringer appeared in Minions.
We should also create proper pages for regular show.

I don't understand why there isn't a page for the original JQ or JQTRA on the Internet Movie Firearms Database (IMFDB). I think it was the first American animated TV series to feature real firearms. Luger P08, M1911, Thompson, Beretta M950, M1900, AR-10, Lee-Enfield, etc.

My impression is that the current IMFDB seems to accept pages for Western animated works as long as they include even the slightest details about the firearms featured in them.

It seems someone tried to create a page for JQ about 15 years ago, but IMFDB was very strict about Western animation back then, and—perhaps because that person’s editing skills were lacking—the page wasn’t approved.

@JQscreens I wonder if some of that was related to the production limitations, too. I'm not sure if this is one of the early outsourced ones, and I could see them saying "trim back on details" just to save paint/time.

The aspects that strike me as off include Jonny’s bangs, Race’s hairstyle, the exaggerated musculature, the characters’ eyes being rendered entirely black, and the fact that Race’s shirt doesn’t have a diagonal zipper.

I’d love to see the Scooby Gang and the Quest Team team up in an animation, but if it were a crossover styled after the original JQ, the Scooby Gang would likely face situations involving injury, death, and bloodshed.

Aside from the eyebrow color settings, I actually really like the character designs for the Quest Team in the “Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated” version, even though they’re quite simplified.

Terminei de assisti Scooby-Doo Mistério S.A e é mto louco pensar que no final das contas no universo dessa animação O Livro de Enoque é canônico. Eles juntam com mitologia suméria e td o mais, fizeram uma mistura doida que no final faz sentido. Que desenvolvimento de personagens!
