Hello friends. The time has come for me to take a hiatus from this place. I just don’t feel especially good about being a part of it as of late, and it’s becoming increasingly stressful and unpleasant for me to participate. If you’d like to keep up with me in the meantime… 👇

This isn’t meant to be a dramatic declaration. I may peek in occasionally and may be back at some point. Who knows? We’ll see what the future holds for this place. For now, though, I need to step back from any form of active day-to-day participation. I hope to see you soon.

Beyond that, I’ve been having a surprisingly lovely time exploring the waters over at Mastodon. It’s a little rough around the edges, yes. But it really reminds me a lot of the G+ era. A very cool, laid back, and genuinely pleasant geeky community. I’m @jr@twit.social there.
