Winter project on the Toro 1250 Sprayer wrapped up. Complete refurbish on the booms, including removing a section of rot and welding a new tube in place, sandblasting, painting and overall touch up.

First project at North Fork Country Club. Extended the blade on a SandPro past the wheels, and the extensions are able to be adjust their angle.

Same energy, checking in greens mowers for @TOURChamp. Reels are cylindrical w/in .001”, front rollers parallel to reel w/in .0025”, Cutline is parallel to centerline of the reel, & bk front face thicknesses are uniform. Done on the @SIPGrinders1902 Peerless 7000 & Ideal 6000.

Doing a clutch job on a Case D40. The new clutch did not come with an alignment tool. Finding one online was tough and my dealer is an hour and a half drive one way. Took some measurements from the new parts, modeled, and 3D printed one up.

Great morning today learning more about @SIPGrinders1902 from @MikeRollinsSIP At the home of Mike and Dave Techs at Spring Meadow CC. #Foreverlearning

Been having issues with our diesel MultiPro 5800 overheating after about 3 hours of use. The engine compartment was getting to hot. Put 2 fans in the back side of the compartment, one pushing air and one pulling air. Hooked up to the fuse block so it’s powered by the ignition.
