Nuking leaders like Towa are allowed in the new Red Zone.
In exchange they added this ability to the 1 phase fights to prevent orb nuking. Both the Jiren & Mira fights have it.
This seems like a good solution to me, although it could annoy players who like to Spirit Bomb nuke.

If you currently equip an EXP boosting Super Soul alongside the 3x EXP Campaign, the effects will stack!
Example: 3x EXP + "Now you're upping the ante!" can give you a potential 21x EXP boost!
