A soggy morning for schooling over the fences but I think the smiles say it all! Chameron with Abi and Canunclecani with Lucy - hard to believe Chameron is 13, he still loves his job!

A cold start to 2026 but delighted with our two runners at Newcastle yesterday both finished 3rd - Karma De Cotte’s first hurdle and Too Cool Forshrule running another great race for our racing club!

Finally, a superb first ever riding success for Emma J. Brown, and it was a superbly timed run to overtake Follow Charlie, for @JStephenRacing . Thereabouts in his races, and an excellent waiting ride saw him land some well overdue spoils today. Well done and good luck to Emma.

Chameron 1st raced in France back in 2016 and was once rated 149. Nearly 9 years later, on Sunday, he returned to the Winner’s Enclosure, ridden by Emma Brown for @JStephenRacing. Pointing gives these older horses an opportunity to continue their careers!

A lovely debut from our gentle giant Sir Gauzy today to finish 4th closely followed by Canunclecani who showed a big improvement from his debut 🏇 It was always going to be a learning day but a good start to 2025!
