Team Humanities fully embracing Christmas Jumper Day yesterday 🎅🏼🎄🎁

We at @JohnstoneHighSc ran a #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth event: bake sale, coffee morning, raffle, games & more for pupils & staff! We are so proud of our pupils & today was a massive success story! Thanks to staff working behind the scenes too! ❤️ @BreastCancerNow

S4 🌎 took advantage of the weather for some outdoor learning activities surrounding our population topic. We looked at distribution & density across an area & factors that would effect where people live 🌆🏞️ & SQA sample answers were formulated 👩🏻‍🎓@JSubjects @JohnstoneHighSc

N5 had the chance to do some coastal cake moulding to help with visualising coastal erosion, processes & formations 🌊🍰 @JohnstoneHighSc @JSubjects

#SpotlessSeptember has tied in with our sustainability unit & we had some senior helpers out for our #teamuptocleanup litter picks around the school 🚯 @JohnstoneHighSc @JSubjects @RenCouncil

Throughout #SpotlessSeptember pupils in JHigh’s Geography 🌎 classes have had the chance to try more sustainable food sources! The bugs went down a treat! 🪳@JSubjects @JohnstoneHighSc @eatgrubofficial

Last week we were thrilled to welcome former pupil Lucy and her friend Rachel who are both ambassadors for the Holocaust Educational Trust. They delivered a fantastic and insightful workshop for #HMD2024 to our senior pupils! 🕯️
