The entire OCE region CANNOT play Warzone Ranked unless we queue up with someone who lives in a different region. Activision's new addition, "Latency Threshold" prevents us from using VPNs like Exitlag to connect to NA servers to play Ranked, combined with the fact that our player base is not big enough to have our only lobbies, 99% of the OCE players can't play Ranked.
