Way back when MTG came on the scene I heard she made her money in a construction business, and my reaction was Ok cool, I’m glad we have another in Congress that actually knows some real business. According to his bio on @reason, “He sold his company WelCom Products in 2013 to Las Vegas billionaire Phil Ruffin who— in a touch of irony—is best friends and business partners with Donald Trump.” Kerry’s post was posted at the exact same time Massie was giving a speech at a Libertarian event in South Africa (because he's America First of course!). Weeks earlier, on October 28, 2025, Kerry Welsh posted a casual photo of himself and Massie at Red Rock Canyon outside of Las Vegas, describing the Congressman as "my Sassie houseguest." It appears that not only is Cynthia West telling the truth about the South Africa trip, but Massie found it to be so romantic, he returned to South Africa for his honeymoon with a different woman just one year later. Immediately after returning from South Africa, Cynthia West appears to have started working for Massie's close friend, Rep.
