Thank you for the mention. We represent some of the best non D1 alums and are looking to take down the D1 alumni programs! @RiseandGrindTBT
NAIA Hoops Report@NAIAHoopsReport

With the @thetournament starting up in July, there is plenty of NAIA representation in the field. @RiseandGrindTBT currently has the most NAIA players: Demarco Dickerson (@TheHeightsHoops) Kevion Blaylock (@WPUBasketball) Kourtney Ware (@GoKnightsATH) Rayshawn Mart ( @xulagold)

Excited to see Houston's usage of Mercy Miller tonight, who has come on very strong late in the year. I expect him to receive bigger minutes, especially in what should be a contest with a sizable margin of victory.

Seton Hall has built a little margin on the strong play of lead guard Budd Clark. The defensive intensity ratched up late in the half, and the scoring output has generally been balanced. Look to see more from Fisher in the second half. #bigeast

In today's first game, St. John's dominated from start to finish. Vaaks tried to play hero late with some incredibly difficult and timely 3's. Hopkins and Ejiofor were too much inside and on the glass. Sellers attacked relentlessly. #bigeast

Sleepy nightcap, but Georgetown's Vincent Iwuchukwu has shown some potential here in the 2nd half with his post work. The 7'1 center is a project, but connected on his lone 3 pt attempt in the 1st. I could envision him playing out of the P&R in the G League. #bigeast

Malik Messina-Moore and Tre Carroll attacked relentlessly and stood out for Xavier. Fun game at MSG.

Big time second half by Marquette's Chase Ross, but it wasn't enough down the stretch. Really strong effort down the stretch with FT shooting, and good ball movement. Balanced effort. #bigeast

Day 1 at the Big East. Stefan Vaaks and Michael Ajayi have been the story for each side early. Ajayi is consistently getting to the rim and finishing through contact, while Vaaks caught fire from beyond the arc, capitalizing on a hot streak where the Friars had momentum. #bigeast

@DrJesseMorse Are there any dietary additions that can 'filter the blood?' I have heard that claim in naturopathic circles for several foods/spices, but have not read any studies on it.

There are 3 legal ways to ‘filter’ your blood in the United States: 1. Dialysis (think kidney failure) 2. EBOO 3. TPE - Therapeutic Plasma Exchange There are several other ways to ‘filter’ your blood outside of the United States (think Europe): 1. Inuspheresis 2. Immunoadsorption (IA) (similar to TPE) 3. Double-filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP) 4. Seraph 100 How each device works is slightly different, leading to the different goal and hence different outcomes. Price point also varies significantly. Dialysis is usually covered by insurance but only reserved for patients with kidney failure. Usually these are done multiple times per week indefinitely. EBOO is the most cost effective, around $1,200 per ‘round’ depending on location. These can be done in a single session or up to 10 sessions. TPE removes the most toxins but also involves donor albumin from a blood bank, so the cost reflects ($8,000-$10,000 per round), and normally requires 5-6 sessions. The ones available outside of the US may at some point be available but need to be properly cleared by the FDA, so think 2027-2028+. Inuspheresis runs about $5,000-$6,000 per round, normally requires 2-5 sessions. IA reportedly averages $2,200-$2,800 per round in Germany, and normally requires up to 5 sessions DFFP is available in Europe and Asia, runs about $2,500-$5,000 per session and normally requires 3-5 sessions. The Seraph 100 actually requires a hospital stay and a line placed into your neck 😳. As a result, it is by far the most expensive. I’ve seen prices range from $25,000-$75,000 in Mexico. My clinic, The Osteopathic Center in Miami, offers EBOO and there is currently a waiting list for TPE. We have been performing EBOO treatments since 2022 and have performed thousands of them across our 4 locations. If you’d like to learn more about EBOO, feel free to read this article I wrote: open.substack.com/pub/drjessemor… Soon I’ll do a breakdown on TPE and ‘blood filtering’ on my Substack in general.

For my Grizz, I like Cedric Coward in this draft. I would draft him at 16 or trade up if there's buzz. He fits the sizeable 3&D prototype we need. Also really like Jamir Watkins and Ben Saraf, with some 2nd round love for Koby Brea, Kobe Sanders, Grant Nelson. #nbadraft2025

@Grizzlies_szn I agree with you on Coward. He is also my top target for the Grizz. Others that can be had late 1st early 2nd that I like as 1sts are Ben Saraf and Jamir Watkins. Any of these 3 and we had a great draft.

@therealNFLguru @FFfaceoff Anthony hit me up with a DM in Aug of '21, asked me to Pod with him. That started a 4 year relationship of me and him talking almost everyday. Fantasy Football, Sports, Movies, food and life lessons. This guy loved Fantasy Football, but more so the sport of Football as much as anyone I know. He taught me a lot about the industry, supported me with whatever I needed and we had a lot of amazing shows together. Lots of laughs, lots of drafts and tons of Fantasy Football content. I always thought he had the perfect voice and always imagined him showcasing on Sirius Xm one day. He was a big mofo, with a kind soul. Rest easy up there bro, enjoy the Arby's whenever you wish now. I will think of you often and never forget ya. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family. Please support whatever you can below. gofund.me/672e5937

@TheFFRealist @therealNFLguru @FFfaceoff RIP my guy. Anthony did a podcast with me and @FantasySavvy that got me started with FF Faceoff. He welcomed me to this brand with open arms and was a tremendous host. Appreciate his hospitality and growing brand. Truly sad and gone way too soon! Prayers are with his family.

I’m absolutely gutted beyond words to deliver the news that my podcast partner from another Mother, @therealNFLguru passed away unexpectedly yesterday. Anthony was a great guy and one of my best friends. You all know him through his podcasting, fantasy football, sports betting, old school WWE, being a gym rat, but at the heart of it, Anthony had a tremendous heart for what he loved. He was a Father, a Husband, a son, and he was great at all of them. He’s leaving behind a great wife and a young son. Anthony largely supported this community, his family could really use your support. The Fantasy Football community is hurting. If you’re able and willing, the GoFundMe is in the comments. Please share!

What should the Grizzlies main priority be heading into this off-season? I’ll start: - Add more veteran presence - Get more depth at the big man position

@DrJesseMorse Basketball athlete with a turf toe. How risky is it to workout and play on it? How much rest time should be given and even if this is variable on a case by case basis, what is an indication that someone is healed enough to be able to go full speed?
