@ConcernedApe Strangely enough, I was able to do it a few in-game days later. The only thing that's different off the top of my head is that I no longer had anything in my inventory I could donate, though I don't remember that being stated as an impediment in the wiki. Anyway, all's good.

The switch patch to fix the last switch patch is available now.. This fixes the weird text issues as well as a few crashes that were related to that. Thank you

@ConcernedApe Real shame there's no Iberian Peninsula dates. Still hoping they'll one day decide to come to Portugal too - even though the Portuguese localisation remains exclusively Brazilian, we're here, patiently waiting.

@talesoftheshire Asked before, never got an answer. It's not available to wishlist on the EU Nintendo store, do you know why? I've seen the pre-order defined as region-free, but no explanation why it would be listed in a 'coming in 2025' news article in Nintendo EU store without a link.

The latest patch (1.6.15.1) is now available on Xbox and PlayStation. Switch patch will follow as soon as possible. This addresses several issues and brings the content to parity with the latest PC version. Changelog is contained in this image:

@Galdr4 @ConcernedApe For the saves being restored, I remember that from months back. It was due to the fact the console backs them up, so unless you delete those they'll keep coming back.

@ConcernedApe I will check this out soon, though I do not see fixes for 2 issues I have had on PS4/PS5 1) I am unable to delete saves on the main menu. After deleting a save the next time I enter the load menu that save is still there 2) In the walnut room the font for the Qi shop is glitched

@DenisBo14763905 @ConcernedApe PS? Check the console's memory for the backup saves, which restore them when you try to delete them. At least that's what I remember other comments saying a few months ago.

@aleksa_zarke @ConcernedApe Probably when 1.6 is bug- and glitch-free. Though I suppose he may or may not be working on it in-between patching SV, during his free time or to clear his head. Please be patient.

@METTAGAMING47 @ConcernedApe Not sure which platform that is, but have you checked if there is a setting to delay updates or prevent games from closing (if they're running) when one becomes available? Steam (as an example) has that option, and my Switch doesn't close down apps to update them.

@ConcernedApe I really appreciate the update but it came at the worst time, I was playing and the game closed to let me know I had to update, I'm going to have to repeat the day again 😭

@Hisui_Tsuki @ConcernedApe I remember seeing a few people mentioning it, only to discover it's because there's a backup in the PS memory that restores it every time you try to delete a save. Delete that as well and it should be gone for good.

@ConcernedApe There's still the fact that on PlayStation you can't delete saves. Been like that since 1.6

@chickenlady2194 @ConcernedApe From what I recall from seeing this several times before, it's not the game not deleting save files, but a l backup PS makes in its memory. So you need to delete that as well, otherwise saves get restored every time you delete them.

@ConcernedApe Is the issue of not being able to delete save files fixed? On PS5, and haven’t been able to delete old farms since 1.6 was released on console

@clown6158 @ConcernedApe This has shown up quite a few times and unless I'm misremembering, it's not the game but the console's save backup system. So you need to delete those save backups in your console's memory, not just in-game. Because they still exist, they keep showing in your list.

@ConcernedApe The problem of not being able to delete the save file on PS4 still persists. I hope you fix it soon.

@MagnoliaTweak @ConcernedApe On which platform? I remember seeing a similar report from PS players, I believe, which had nothing to do with the game itself but with the PS's save backup system. So if you're on PS, you need to delete those backups from the console memory, not just in-game. Hope it helps.

@ConcernedApe A friend and I have the problem that we can't delete old farms, we wanted to know if this is a deduction and if it will be fixed? Otherwise the game is brilliant 💜

@ConcernedApe Is this area not included in the 'items don't sink immediately when falling in water' part of the patch? It's a minor thing, I'll get the blue scroll again eventually, just in case it wasn't known. (Secret woods, switch version)

The patch for Switch was released last night. It fixes the raccoon shop bug, divorce crash, rain randomization, and a few other things. Because of the randomization fix, there may be some one-time-only "retroactive" changes to things like raccoon requests or item appearance.

@ConcernedApe Just in case this never came up before: at the end-of-day tally, flowers don't show star quality - a very minor thing since the value is correct (I'm playing with 50% profit option, Switch version). Haven't noticed any other items missing it.

@ConcernedApe @ConcernedApe I forgot to ask, can those retroactive changes happen in a new game? Just started a new farm yesterday and haven't seen any yet, so I'm wondering if they can show up or if it's something that would only happen in a save from before the patch.

@ConcernedApe It's been 10 days since this patch released (couldn't play it before now). But all I'm here to do is thank you for your continued effort in providing a great gaming experience, your interaction with the community, and to apologise on behalf of those too immature to appreciate it.

@talesoftheshire I'd love to wishlist this on Switch, but for whatever reason it's not available to me. I'm assuming it's because I'm in Europe - if you have the time, could you confirm whether or not there will be a EU release too?
