@trynottodothis @EODHappyCaptain Absolutely an element of truth to that but they’re also looking at replacement cost which is much higher. An interruption in 65 dollar crude for four weeks to 100 dollar crude will usually take about 4 weeks to get lower priced crude flowing back to refineries
