🚨 Jennifer Lawrence revealed that early in her career a producer put her in a “nude line up” and told her to lose weight. She recalled being told to “lose 15 pounds in two weeks,” and said another actress had already been fired for “not losing enough weight fast enough.” “During this time, a female producer had me do a nude line up with about five women who were much, much thinner than me,” Lawrence said. “We stood side by side with only paste ons covering our privates.” She described the experience as “degrading and humiliating,” adding the producer told her to use the photos “as inspiration” to lose weight. Lawrence said when she raised concerns, another producer told her he didn’t know why people thought she was fat and called her “perfectly fu*kable.” She later said experiences like this shaped how she approached body image while working on The Hunger Games.
