@LucyGoBag Thanks. Happy to help any time. You’ve made me think again about how I handle the items of people who, in my case, are usually long dead. It’s still a very intimate act, archivists are often the first “others” to examine their belongings.

@AvantiWestCoast how can you sell tickets for a train and then not put it on the timetable? The 18:43 from Euston does not exist today, yet I’ve got a booking for it. Not cancelled, not put on the system apparently. And it’s not just this train but several others!
