Todays job in #Bury was to take out this flag door, tooth out the brick work, build new brickwork up to sill height and bring in the width to fit a 1200mm window. A bit of soldier course detail at sill height and lintel height. #brickwork #mortar #soldier #pointing

Today’s job, was to make a new window opening at the back of this property. Brickwork removed, angle iron lintel installed to the external brickwork and a box lintel installed in the internal brickwork. Work undertaken for F1rst Impressions UPVC.

All the plastering done now, time to fix the carpet tiles, do the skirting boards and build a disability ramp, then job complete. #plastering

All knocked through and box lintels installed on pad stones. Plasterboard and bonding coat applied to the new opening and the gap in the floor filled to the existing floor level, all ready for the plasterer tomorrow. #knockthrough #boxlintel #plasterboard #acroprops

Job complete!! Same process above the small window as the larger window. All pointed up and good as new. Customer having their house repointed soon so wanted natural mortar. #bricklaying #cavitytray #weepholes

Brick removed above windows, proped above with acro and strongboy. New angle lintel installed along with cavity tray and weep holes. All brick then reinstated. #bricklaying #cavitytray #weepholes
