@JWCancun What an odd reservations policy. You can't guarantee interconnecting rooms, but you'll try and guarantee them. But they're still not guaranteed. But give us a call a couple of days before to check. Otherwise your 4yr old sleeps alone. Other Cancun hotels manage....

About to head over to @JWCancun. I like the hotel so much I’m giving them a 2nd chance. Hopefully they do better than our last visit. Still in shock about them CHECKING us into a suite, then gave the room over to someone else while waiting for keys. @MarriottBonvoy @Mariotthotels
