We can assure you that filling a board seat is a rewarding experience that will allow the participant to strengthen JWHA and create meaningful friendships. Nominees will be contacted by the nominations committee to determine their interest & asked to fill out a skills assessment.

The next year they serve as JWHA President and preside at board meetings and at the annual conference culminating in their Presidential Address at the closing banquet. They serve as Immediate Past President and Nominating Committee chair in their third year. (4/5)
