I’ll never forget seeing Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in theaters for the first time. It hit me like a bolt of lightning. The moment I exited the theater & I immediately thought Leo & Brad would both win Oscars (I wasn’t far off). On the film’s 7 year anniversary, I can’t help but walk down memory lane. This was one of the best theater experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

Quentin Tarantino’s best film came out 7 years ago this exact day. That’s right, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is QT’s best film. I have so many incredibly fond memories of seeing this movie. This is the last film I saw in San Francisco before moving to Los Angeles. It was then the first film I saw upon moving to LA. My dad & I saw this at the Cinerama Dome, which we’ve learned this week is reopening in 2028. The only thing missing? A new Tarantino film.
