Diving into the truth. All praises to the most high!

It tracks with what Roseman outlined at the combine. You draft well, retain your blue chip talent and then draft well again. And utilize free agency for marginal upgrades. It just so happens that operating this way sometimes requires tough choices like the ones made on Dean and Blankenship. Good players but as Zach outlines here, “Their roster building approach has evolved to have a group of players paid near the top of their positions, and then fill the roster with players on rookie contracts or low cost 1-year deals.” As Roseman put it,”It starts with difference making players. And when you have an opportunity to keep difference making players, you don’t want to let those guys leave.” They can’t pay everybody and they know they have 4-5 players coming up who they’re going to have to pay at or above market value for over the next few seasons. It’s tough, but it’s the nature of the business.

I do not understand the panic over the Eagles losing defensive players when we knew it was bound happen, Reed and Nakobe were never coming back. Phillips got insanely overpaid and matching it would’ve been an awful move. Take a deep breath and calm down

One guy had 50% completion, negative EPA and RB won MVP. The other broke records for highest completion % and EPA in a Super Bowl, won MVP and lead the game in rushing yards 💀 Hmmm I wonder why Seahawks fans aren't saying "top 5"

Bears OC Declan Doyle has withdrawn his name from consideration for the Eagles’ offensive coordinator vacancy, per sources. Doyle opts to remain in Chicago, working with Ben Johnson and Caleb Williams.
