That's just a casual take considering Superbowls are a team achievement. Rodgers defenses gave up 33.8 ppg in his playoff losses. He's had 2 top 10 defenses in his career, the first time they gave up 51 in a wildcard loss and the 2nd time he won a Super Bowl. He's the greatest passer ever, most efficient QB ever, deadly accurate in or out of the pocket and has 4 MVPs. He's usually properly rated as a top 5ish QB ever and Top 1-3 talent ever.

He actually wasn't a bottom 10 QB. He played in an Arthur smith offense with no WRs outside of DK who would be WR3 on the Vikings probably. He would have been significantly better in KOCs system with the weopons they had and also would've cost nothing. The Vikings are just stupid and you clearly don't watch every snap of his games on the Steelers last year.

Mike Florio reported on a recent episode of @ProFootballTalk Live that KOC was "overruled" during the Vikings' 2025 offseason QB search -- that he wanted Darnold, Jones and Rodgers but didn't have a choice but to role with JJ McCarthy and Sam Howell. "As I understand it, O'Connell got overruled. He wanted to have Darnold or Jones or Aaron Rodgers, and he got overruled. They said no to Rodgers. Rodgers wanted to play for them last year, and they said no. They're sticking with JJ McCarthy."
