@GrowUpKaren @Noodle14488139 @CostaCoffee I clearly understand what understaffed is thank you very much! I certainly don't class 3 members of staff with 2 customers at the counter with no queue at 9.30am understaffed. They don't have a back room I'm this particular Costa so no one is on their own.

@CostaCoffee What is it with your stores and serving drink in coffee in take away cups??? Twice this week I have walked away from 2 stores. One in Norwich and one in Cambridge where a sit in drink were being offered in a take away cup due to under staffing!!!! Not acceptable 😡😤

@Noodle14488139 @CostaCoffee I expect them to provide a service they are promising and what we are paying for!! As I said they were NOT short staffed which was why it made me cross. I understand if they are short staffed and do have issues, these things do happen but no none of this was present today!!

@JZRockerfella @CostaCoffee What do you expect them to do? Magic staff out of thin air? People soon complain when the floors amess because there aren't enough people to keep on top of it

@CostaCoffee No I don't think they are, there were 3 members of staff behind the counter. They weren't massively busy and they have a dishwasher!! This was Grafton Centre today, Chantry Place on Wednesday and also I have had it in the Grand Arcade Cambridge on more than 1 occasion too.

@OpenreachHelp We have been in contact with our supplier and they are doing all they can but the delay is with Openreach. It seems being without a phone line or Internet for a month is acceptable? The line needs replacing and we are all awaiting this to happen??

@WeAreOpenreach We have a problem with a line that has come down for our telephone/broadband. The line was snapped by a fallen tree on the 16th of August. We are still waiting for this to be replaced!!! Surely it shouldn't take this long to come and fix?? #verypoorservice

@JZRockerfella Our teams deal with all operations - floods or trees. I can look into this for you though.

@CambsCC There seems to be an issue with a fallen tree in CB216AF and residents have been told it won't be seen to at the moment as you are stretched for resources due to the floods in the fens. Erm surely they are a different skill set of people that deal with floods?
