Rangers rejected it. So if the outcome is a wider ban affecting the entire Rangers support, that responsibility lies with Rangers and their decision-makers not Celtic. Plenty will try to spin it otherwise, but the reality is simple: deal with the individuals causing the problems, and this situation likely never escalates to this level.
