🚨 UPDATE: Mass shooting at In-N-Out in Twin Falls, Idaho leaves 3 dead and 7 injured.
The gunman is dead.
Some of the injured are in critical condition.
According to a Facebook post from his daughter, one of the victims is Terry Dudley.
Another Saturday afternoon turned into a crime scene while people were just trying to get a burger.
This is becoming the new normal.

@SStricklandMMA She’s a female and he’s a man. He clearly had no good intentions. What would you want your wife to do in this situation? Would you want her to risk letting him get close or ensure he can’t lay a finger on her? She told him to stay back verbally and with a gun. He chose not to.

🇺🇸A 62-year-old Army veteran was killed in a North Lauderdale Walmart parking lot during an argument over a parking space. Bart Diguglielmo was shot by a woman after the pair got into a verbal dispute over a spot on Tuesday. The woman told deputies the shooting was in self-defense, while footage of the scene shows Diguglielmo was not armed and approached her with his hands up. Diguglielmo, a retired nurse and Desert Storm veteran, was pronounced dead at the hospital. The case will be reviewed by the State Attorney’s Office.

Rule one when someone pulls the weapon retreat.
I want to hear the words veteran or not people who pull a weapon it’s at a point they feel threatened.

62-year-old Lauderhill resident Bart Diguglielmo was fatally shot by an unidentified woman following an intense argument over a parking space on June 30, 2026.
The video shows a woman pointing a firearm at Diguglielmo during a heated argument over a parking spot. While holding him at gunpoint, she is also on her phone and orders him to “walk away.”

@iamyesyouareno … had no reports of the threat. He then got into the passenger seat of a vehicle and drove away. The driver was his girlfriend who was also arrested. He got sentenced to life+25 years. It was far from self defense. The judge/jury made the right choice.
