The pharmacist is still unhappy: “It IS personal”… I type: “Can I ask personal questions?” Yes, yes! I smile, the pharmacist shrugs & leaves us to it… At which point I turn to see the form is for Viagra & the first question is “Do you have erectile dysfunction” 🫣

Went to pharmacy to pick up prescription. Ahead of me a Chinese guy was waiting with a £20 note and his ID in hand. He seemed v anxious. He shows the pharmacist something on his phone and she says, loudly, “Do you have a form?” Silence “A FORM? YOU NEED A FORM…”

At the beginning of this week I didn’t in anyway anticipate that I would end it as a widow. Mr P died on Friday morning. We are devastated. Our hearts are breaking. Thank you to all of the staff at the PRUH @KingsCollegeNHS especially ICU who were so caring & gentle with us all.
