Pinning this post so I see it every day in 2024.
There’s no greater motivation for me to escape the rat race as they say than missing time with family.
Working in healthcare the lights are never off and the hospital operates 24/7. Unfortunately that means working on holidays when I’d rather be at home.
When my wife sends a pic of the family celebrating and I’m stuck at the hospital charting at 1 am it’s a slap in the face.
A slap in the face telling me to put my head down, lock in, and make 2024 the year I become my own boss making my own hours. Make it the year I stop working holidays for someone else’s benefit. Make it the last year I have to clock in.
I’m going to look back on this tweet at the end of 2024 and tell myself “Holy shit you did it.”

We sold our first product on Amazon 367 days ago and have sold $420K since then. It's been a fun ride and learned a lot but...
We're transitioning to 100% wholesale moving forward.
OA is the best place to start for Amazon sellers but it's exclusively transactional and dang near impossible to build any momentum.
The one piece of business advice that has stuck with me since the early days of our SaaS business is "get momentum and maintain it at all costs"
This isn't possible with OA so it's not a sustainable long term business model by definition. And we have a SaaS business to run with 10000x the upside of our Amazon business.
I have high confidence we can run our wholesale business to multi 7 figures with <20 hours per week. Can't say the same about OA.
We reached out to our first wholesale distributor last night. Excited to get the wholesale party started!
RIP to our pretty orange bars for awhile as we transition but short term pain for long term gain.
And thank you to @coreyganim for all the amazing wholesale content. He's got everything you need if you want to get started with wholesale.

@fliponaire62 @CebrailCeyhan7 @CariJay_Fba @ArbitrageAlex_ @Dez_ecom @Fba_AJ3000 If you have a higher stock count than others and stay stocked consistently, Amazon will favor you to win the buy box. (Meaning you’ll get the most sales).
Make sure you know what you’re doing before placing a larger order though.

@CjHustles @fliponaire62 @CebrailCeyhan7 @CariJay_Fba @ArbitrageAlex_ @Dez_ecom @Fba_AJ3000 How you check buy box statistics? Buy box analysis on selleramp?
English

@fliponaire62 @CebrailCeyhan7 @CariJay_Fba @ArbitrageAlex_ @Dez_ecom @Fba_AJ3000 On each product look at the buy box statistics and check if the buy box rotations evenly.
Also, make sure on variations that it gets a good percentage of the listings sales.
