It's a disgrace that a company like this doesn't offer any solutions when the fault lies with one of their delivery drivers who didn't do their job properly.
So we decided to contact DHL by phone to ask for a solution. A week later, we're still waiting for them to tell us anything. Who received the package? What ID was provided for collection?
@DHLGlobal On February 10th, a package was delivered to who knows who, because no one was at home. They didn't call or leave a note in the mailbox. We waited the next day to see if they would bring the package, but nothing.
