It's been amazing to see my son's growth in just 3 years playing football. In this sport, we talk about being 3 things: Be hungry, be humble, and be a handful... and he's embracing all three.

A true spiritual journey is like a light, bringing changes from the internal to the external. One does not need to create a rule to turn the light on... it is welcomed by all. When one tries to change the exterior to fit the interior, it is not faith... but justification.

Trying to change our reality to fit one's faith, is not faith at all, but fear. Changing laws, placing restrictions and limiting access is not an example of one's commitment to their beliefs, but an attempt to justify their devotion to their way of life.

@TheRealDudja apparently @Jabari_Greer, but it was the side of the road in Buffalo walking to the stadium. His rookie year he picked me and @ceboscuit up during a snow storm and drove us to the stadium, didn't even know he was a player until he drove us through the player entrance 😂🤷

This is my daily reminder that I'm trying to hold loose to what I think should be. As lightly cupped hands hold water, I want lightly hold what's true, and let all else freely pass through. I am trying not to grip so tight... to my beliefs, expectations, nor emotions.

If you truly want to understand someone's truth, Seek to understand their experience.

It would not be a challenge if it did not press upon the boundaries of your limitations... It takes courage, faith and diligence to push through. Keep going!
