@thesaraloretta i have a standing desk too and i’ve always struggled to get the right placement. but right now a 4” raise from what’s comfortable for my arms is helping me. also doing admin tasks on a laptop (reclining 💀) is nice too for variation.

soooooo I realized today that I’m not battling motivation (like I thought), I’m literally just uncomfortable. Like sitting — any chair, etc. I’m uncomfortable or I slouch and it pulls my focus. How TF do I fix this.

Who irks you? What do they do that annoys you? There’s a chance that what you dislike about them is what you’re suppressing in your own personality. You might even be a little envious of their ability to express that feeling, attitude, vibe, need, behavior etc.
