Now that I have a Switch 2, it's the first time I've been able to play new Pokémon games since Sun & Moon. Once I finish FireRed, what modern Pokémon game should I play next??

Just started playing Pokemon fire red on my switch and I’m so excited cause I never had the chance to play it on the real console All the people saying you can play it for free yeah I know you can but playing it on a console is so much better and honestly the game is cheap

-Story is basically nonexistent until area zero -0 memorable locations -Worst evil team in series history -Open world but if you treat it as such the difficulty soars/flatlines -a handful of cool pokemon and a lot of ASS -Rika makes me feel things
