Perhaps the implication here is that it’s beneficial to have both concordant AND non-concordant mentorship in #anesthesiology @IARS_Journals

I’ve found this effective for pain during cesarean delivery. Others used intraperitoneal chloroprocaine during CD as described by @hnixon147 #SOAPAM2023

@VeenaGraffMD In my experience, 1-2mg midazolam relieves anxiety but doesn’t sedate patients to the point of being unable to protect their airway (despite otherwise being an aspiration risk). However, if a patient did become over-sedated, I would move to GETA.

Folks who are answering A or B, I have a genuine followup question: would you administer conscious sedation or any sedation on an individual with a full stomach? 🤔
