Vase Breath is an OP technique for dissolving mental knots. 1. Take a diaphragmatic breath. 2. Once you're done, clench your anus [*] and swallow. 3. Hold your breath for as long as you can. While doing all this, visualise energy passing through your body like on the pic. 1/2

I used to think of God as "out there" somewhere. Off in the distance - remote. But God is Being Itself, Knowing Itself. There is nothing outside of God - how could there be? When I let go of all concepts of separation, "I" fall into the unity that God *is*.
