A little anecdote. When I was on the A licence last year there was a psychology session on behaviours. They drew a ven diagram of acceptable behaviour and put a dot outside it. The question was, how do we bring this player in here (the box of acceptable behaviour). My response was, if he's really good then I'm leaving him right where he is. Stop domesticating the animals.

You can't have it both ways. What makes them mavericks and big moment/game players is because they aren't humble. Just let them be. We have too many PR players and not enough swag.
