Ethan Fox 2027 (@ethannfox11 ) joins the 90mph club with a new PR of 91.2MPH🔥🔥 Ethan came into today with a PR of 87.9 and a goal to start moving smoother. We combined some @square1system balance fix clears with the @Prime_Reaction for his warm up and then used some constraint stride drills to help him get the lead leg down and block more efficiently utilizing the front hip IR. The result was his first pitch being 1mph off of his all time PR with minimal effort. Then he threw 6 pitches in a row at 90-91. @PDPAthletics
